In January, Natura &Co closed the acquisition of Avon Products, Inc. It is now the fourth-largest pure-play beauty firm in the world. The shareholders will own 76% of the new company. This transaction will be subject to regulatory approvals.

In January, Natura &Co plans to begin trading shares using ADRs on the New York Stock Exchange. This will allow the group to capitalize on its synergies between its brands, and also to increase its product range and reach out to 200 million people across the globe.

The company has also appointed a new senior leadership team to steer the next phase of growth. Roberto Marques will serve as the Group Chief Executive Officer. Angela Cretu, will manage the company's global operations. She will oversee the global operations and stewardship of Natura outside of Latin America.

Before joining Natura, Joao Paulo spent twenty years at Unilever, where he held a variety of positions including Vice President of Supply Chain. His last position at the company was Vice President of Operations and Logistics.

Ferreira is also a member of the Executive Team of the C-Suite Department at the company. He isn't a person who is a person who asks questions later but he is the one who spends time first.

Angela Cretu

Angela Cretu, an Avon veteran and its top management team, will assume the role as Avon's CEO. Cretu has more than 20 years of experience leading a top brand in beauty and is well-positioned to lead the company's global operations.

Avon CEO, Susanne Johnson, has been an active advocate for women all over the world and has embraced the concept of gender equality. He spent many years at Unilever before joining Avon. He has extensive experience in the development of consumer-oriented businesses in emerging markets. In addition, to his role at Avon as a CEO, he is also an board member and investor at RoC Skincare in New York.

As the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer As Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer, he is responsible for the development of the brand Sales Team Leadership experience at Avon. He was previously the Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His responsibility included driving sales team Leadership and developing the brand's Latin American strategy. He also supported the development of innovative product lines like Pro Age.

Louise Srivastava

Avon has a storied history and a myriad of products to sort through however one area that has stood out from the rest in recent years is its Health and Wellness division. Miguel Fernandez, a former executive vice president at Herbalife will be named Global President of Avon. He has extensive experience in ecommerce, complex customer management, as well as executing growth strategies.

The Neiman Marcus Group is still searching for a permanent chief financial officer. Two interim executives have been hired.
